Transitioning into fall can be tricky because the mornings are chillier than the rest of the day. I always want to wear something warm in the mornings but then regret it at about noon! Blahh… And I’m not going to lie these photos above in sweaters, I was dying of heat!! So here are some tips on how to slowly transition your wardrobe into the fall season without having to leave your house in a sweater!
Wear Dark Colors – This is so true! We tend to wear softer and lighter colors in the spring and summer. I have worn a black dress twice this week and have you noticed my black booties keep making appearances?!
Wear More Capris – My denim shorts are seeing their end days. I have started wearing capris because they’re not quite full length and they still still feel a tad “summery.”
Layering– This one is probably the most obvious. Wearing a cardigan is so simple because when it gets hot you just take it off. I mean duh right?
Wear Closed Toe Shoes – Start wearing flats! You don’t necessarily need to start wearing boots but your sandals days are coming to an end.
