Last Minute Outfit Turned Into GOLD

Happy Friday! Okay okay so I’ve been trying to dress for fall but the weather isn’t quite cold enough yet. It was too hot for a blazer… BUT it went so well with the outfit so I kept it on. However, it was too hot for a sweater dress. I went for a silk one instead!

Honestly it was one of those mornings where I couldn’t find anything to wear. I threw this on last minute knowing I was already 10 minutes late. I looked in the mirror knowing this wasn’t my best. To my surprise I got so many compliments! I couldn’t believe it.

This is actually a silk dress. I have a couple silk skirts but none that are white. I just wore the shirt over the top of the dress! This skirt would have been the perfect skirt to wear if I didn’t have the dress.

This outfit would be very easy to make your own. You don’t even need a denim button down. You could do any button down and in any color! Same goes for the blazer.
