Yesterday was CHILLY! Maybe that’s because it was windy… You know, it may not be shorts weather anymore, but at least it’s still dress season! Am I right?! You already know I’m always in the mood for a dress.
Sweater dresses are the perfect dress for fall and transitioning into fall. They’re so flattering and you seriously can’t go wrong. Not only do they help keep you warm (obviously) but they’re also easy to dress. You can do anything! It’s almost as if you can’t “over accessorize.” Booties, belts, hats, oh my!! As it gets colder I’ll wear knee high boots and a wool scarf with it. See how easy it is to change the entire outfit?
This dress and scarf are from Mango. If you haven’t shopped there before you should check out their store! It’s very chic fashion, and affordable. The first time I ever walked in one was with my mom. We were in San Francisco for a Fashion Institute of Design and Marketing (FIDM) camp. I went alone during the day and my mom walked around the city while I was “in class.” I was 15! This was her way of telling me to embrace the city if I wanted to move there one day. She knew it would be A TOTAL SHOCK because I grew up on a farm in the middle of no where! On our last day she took me shopping! I was so excited that I didn’t have to be alone anymore in that city and we could go back home.. to the farm! Now, every time I walk into a Mango Store I remember how much I enjoy having my mom around. Or maybe it’s how much shopping gives me joy… Okayyy it’s both!
